Dr. Hoehn founded LATV to leverage academic grade industry and market research to design and implement cloud-based and multi-channel based strategies, as well as to provide excellence in consulting practices to Media & Entertainment clients. 



Engaged by premier media clients, including CNN, Fox Networks, Disney ABC TV Group, Sony Entertainment Network, NFL/NFL Films, and the PGA Tour.



An industry strategist in digital supply chain, digital video archiving, digital cinema, the application of business intelligence/analytics to media business models, and digital media clouds. 



Conducted global research of digital archive systems which included in-depth information collection from eleven of the world’s most prestigious broadcasters.

 Teaching graduate courses for 6 years, currently teaches MBA students in business strategy and undergrads in big data and analytics.



Helped formulate the IBM Media & Entertainment cloud strategy, contributed to offerings related to digital supply chain, and supported key opportunities and engagements in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. 


Project executive for the joint Fox Networks and IBM high definition video archive project which contributed to selection of Fox and IBM for an Engineering Emmy awarded by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, 2011.

Author of IBM’s Media & Entertainment white paper on cloud computing, “Cloud Computing for the Media and Entertainment Industry”, and has presented peer-reviewed papers at the National Association of Broadcasters annual convention in and Storage Visions.
